My Story
My journey into nutritional therapy began with my own midlife transition. Like many women in London living busy lives, I found myself feeling disconnected from my body, struggling with fatigue and digestive changes that I just couldn't explain.
I soon realised that much of the health advice available was either too expensive or too complicated for real life. This realisation sparked a passion which led me to study nutrition and research evidence-based nutrition to help myself and other women navigate their hormonal health using simple, sustainable changes that actually fit into a daily routine.
Today, I am dedicated to bridging the gap between clinical nutrition and practical lifestyle habits. I believe that affordable, simple changes are the foundation of feeling like yourself again, allowing you to reclaim your energy and vitality without the overwhelm.
